38999 Circular DC Connectors
These DC connectors can be produced for both laser-weld and solder-in applications. Our hermetically-sealed 38999 mateable circular connectors are fully compliant with the interface requirements of MIL-DTL-38999.
The Hermetic Solution Group also offers 38999 connectors* with integrated EMI filters. These filtered connectors are custom configured to meet a wide range of EMI filter performance parameters. Connectors with C- and L-section filters can support 5-15 amps, working voltage of 50- 400 VDC with a minimum insertion loss of between 2 and 70dB, depending on configuration. Connectors using Pi-section filters support 10 amps and a working voltage of 50-300 VDC with a minimum insertion loss of between 2 and 70dB, depending on configuration.
*The Hermetic Solution Group’s 38999 mateable connectors are not QPL (Qualified Parts List).
