Circular DC Connectors

Our circular hermetic DC connectors are compatible with lightweight materials such as aluminum and titanium, as well as conventional iron/nickel alloys. These DC connectors are used in defense, space, energy and industrial applications where environmental conditions require rugged and extremely reliable hermetic seals. The unique controlled CTE characteristics, chemical bonding properties and polycrystalline structure of Kryoflex^® allow Qnnect to manufacture these connectors with a 304L stainless steel or explosively welded Al/SS or Ti/SS shells and gold-plated beryllium copper contacts for excellent electrical performance and environmental characteristics.

These circular hermetic DC connectors are produced for both laser-weld and solder-in applications.
