Mansoor Mosallaie, Chief Operating Officer

Mansoor Mosallaie was recently promoted to Chief Operating Officer after joining Hermetic Solutions Group in January 2018, as President of our PA&E Division.  Mr. Mosallaie has over 35 years of holding successive operational leadership roles, including his most recent position of VP of Operations and General Manager at Santier, Inc., an Egide Group company.  Mansoor’s experience includes design engineering, manufacturing engineering, lean manufacturing, job shop operations management, materials management and enterprise planning, most of which at hermetic interconnect companies, including  AMETEK HCC Industries and Hirel Connectors.  He is an energetic customer centric professional and has vast knowledge in both the engineering and manufacture of hermetic connectors and microcircuit packaging.  With both a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Mr. Mosallaie’s education and breadth of experience greatly serves the customer base he has supported most of his career.
