Cristek Interconnects, Inc.: Anaheim, CA, Minden, NV or Billerica, MA

This position contributes to Cristek’s success by building data services and analytics solutions which enable business operations and execution. The Lead SQL Data Architect/Developer will build data pipelines, on-premises SQL and Azure data infrastructures which underpin rich business intelligence and analytical capabilities for consumption across multiple aerospace and defense manufacturing environments. This position works collaboratively with IT and business contributors to deliver solutions which propel company strategic advantage through a rich information-on-demand capability.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute multi-year data warehouse and analytical platform architectures and agile projects that deliver tangible business outcomes.
  • Lead the architecture, development and operations for local and enterprise database and data warehouse environments for both on-premise SQL Server and Azure data platform environments.
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements ensuring solutions meet intended business needs.

PA&E Division: Wenatchee, WA

Hermetic Solution Group's PA&E division is looking for a plater to join the plating team. If you have an interest in plating but don’t have any experience, or you have some but very little experience we encourage you to apply. We train from the ground up for many of our roles, including this plater position.

Employees in this position will perform essential functions of plating to produce highly engineered products principally for the Aerospace, Defense, and Medical markets in a plating line environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work cooperatively with all employees.

Sinclair Manufacturing Division: Chartley, MA

Hermetic Solution Group's Sinclair Manufacturing Division, located in Norton MA, currently has an opening for a Quality Control Technician.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform First Article inspection and documentation packets to Aerospace customers. Perform visual and mechanical inspection of components and assembled product.

Material inspection areas will include first article, In-process and final. Perform internal audits to ISO 9001 standards.

Understand measurement tool calibration; perform calibrations as necessary. A general knowledge of the following will be required:

  • Hand held measuring equipment
  • Visual inspection with a microscope

Job Summary

Under guidance of the Engineering Manager, or other senior staff members, use process control, corrective and preventative action, and drafting techniques using SolidWorks to design products, components and assemblies for the hybrid electronics package industry. This position is located at Hermetic Solutions Group's Sinclair Manufacturing facility in Chartley, MA.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design conceptual, prototype and production components to meet customer requirements.
  • Evaluate part design to verify form, fit, and function using tolerance analysis.
  • Assist in identifying risk areas and potential product design issues.
  • Work with other departments to design prototype and production parts and tooling.
  • Identify and create Bills of Materials (BOM).
  • Process Engineering Change Requests (ECR).
    Review, evaluate and estimate the engineering design effort for sales quotes and customer
  • submitted engineering changes.
  • Assist in establishing test plans to demonstrate that design meets performance requirements.
  • Manage design control processes and documentation required for assigned projects.
  • Make process improvements focused on specific product lines and apply them across others.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GTOL) requirements.
