This position contributes to Cristek’s success by building data services and analytics solutions which enable business operations and execution. The Lead SQL Data Architect/Developer will build data pipelines, on-premises SQL and Azure data infrastructures which underpin rich business intelligence and analytical capabilities for consumption across multiple aerospace and defense manufacturing environments. This position works collaboratively with IT and business contributors to deliver solutions which propel company strategic advantage through a rich information-on-demand capability.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute multi-year data warehouse and analytical platform architectures and agile projects that deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Lead the architecture, development and operations for local and enterprise database and data warehouse environments for both on-premise SQL Server and Azure data platform environments.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements ensuring solutions meet intended business needs.

Technical Skills/Expertise Required:
- 3+ years’ experience as a SQL Database Administrator
- 3+ years’ experience supporting SQL Databases for Enterprise Applications
- Thorough understanding of enterprise SQL Server best practices
- Experience executing on basic database engineering (e.g., building tables (OLAP/OLTP, ETL tasks)
- Proven experience assisting in the design, implementation, support, and scaling of SQL Server databases

PA&E Division: Wenatchee, WA
Hermetic Solution Group's PA&E Division, based in Wenatchee, WA, is a world class manufacturing and machine shop facility is currently looking to hire two Process Engineers. Employees in this position will apply advanced engineering techniques, evaluate technical and economic factors, recommend engineering and manufacturing actions to attain the design objectives of process or products, under the guidance of a manager or other senior staff members. Additionally they will conduct process improvement or product development projects to attain annual savings or sales of $100,000, interact with customers on a regular basis in a structured manner and document the effort with clear running action item list as assigned. This position is going to be the owner of customer interactions from the technical side.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide principal investigation skills in process/product improvement and development.
- Document all testing, results and other information pertinent to product development.
- Assist Research Engineers in conducting Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Perform engineering assignments that involve product design, process studies, production tooling, testing of materials, preparation of specifications, and research investigations.
- Prepare and conduct tests of components to investigate possible failure modes for improving products.
